Market Still Sinking
The numbers continue to drop for the Peninsula’s ten markets. Gross dollar volume was down 25% from the 1st quarter of 2007. Unit sales struck a new low with only 157 closed transactions in the quarter, down 27% from a year ago and off the previous low of 179 sales during the fourth quarter of 2007.
